Late start
Slept wayyy later than I thought I would today... woke up at noon! Guess my body needed the extra z's after last night's drinking adventure. As far as my drinking nights, last night was pretty under control from an intake standpoint, but I know that it will negatively effect my weight loss in the long run. Hoping to only have one night like that a week at the most. How do you guys handle being social and drinking? Not drinking at this point in my life is just not an option.
Because of sleeping in I don't have any time to workout before work, but I'm hoping to do something when I get back. It'll be late, so I'm not sure if running would be the best idea, but I'll see how I feel when I get back.
FUEL:
piece of egg bread with pb and ab and an apple
salad w/ mixed greens, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, hard boiled egg, feta, and pesto, a plum, seaweed snack
can of clam chowder
*another night of drinking... a glass of wine, 2 vodka sodas, and 1/2 a crispin and a lot of the snack mix that was on the table *facepalm*

Honestly, I don't really trust myself with booze right now. I went out a few weeks ago and wanted just a beer--well, I ended up have 3-20 oz glasses. The other day, I had 2 or 3 glasses of wine and that was definitely mild for me and I felt proud. However, I wish I could stop at just one. I do my best to avoid drinking. I'm hoping I'll get to the point where I can go to a bar, get one or two drinks and be satisfied. At the end of the day, my health is way more important to me than my drinks and if my friends can't understand that then they really aren't my friends.
I don;t really drink very much, at the most I have like one drink. There are like light options for some drinks, so maybe you could try that? None of my close friends really drink all that much either, so that probably helps. Good luck <3
I only drink Jager or good whiskey when I drink - if I'm going to drink, I'm not going to mess around getting a "buzz" with calorie-filled beer or mixed drinks. But I don't eat much the days I do end up drinking, which is a plus and minus situation for me. I dunnooo! Ha (:
omg. i do not trust myself. im a light weight so if i have a few diet coke w/rum, its no big deal......but its the other shit that goes with it. i would be intoxicated & cheat on my diet. and the way i have been stressed out... um. yeah. i wouldnt be able to have just 1 or 2 drinks.
my friend has been going thru a rough time and shes constantly like "lets drink!" and i keep telling her i cant. and she pushes the junk food. ugghhh. i yelled across the store "I caaaaannnttt!!!!" lol she got the hint
I tend to eat a lot when im intoxicated.... so yea...
