Slept wayyy later than I thought I would today... woke up at noon! Guess my body needed the extra z's after last night's drinking adventure. As far as my drinking nights, last night was pretty under control from an intake standpoint, but I know that it will negatively effect my weight loss in the long run. Hoping to only have one night like that a week at the most. How do you guys handle being social and drinking? Not drinking at this point in my life is just not an option.
Because of sleeping in I don't have any time to workout before work, but I'm hoping to do something when I get back. It'll be late, so I'm not sure if running would be the best idea, but I'll see how I feel when I get back.

can of clam chowder
*another night of drinking... a glass of wine, 2 vodka sodas, and 1/2 a crispin and a lot of the snack mix that was on the table *facepalm*
